Powder 1995
Film tells the story of the world’s smartest baby, born white, hairless, and electrified due to a lightning strike to her mother while she was pregnant. Her mother died in the incident and her father rejected her. When her grandfather, with whom she lived, died, the sheriff discovers the existence of the young girl. Starting high school and placed in school, the girl is called “DUST”. Dust tries to influence them with her abilities, but unfortunately they are afraid of her.
