Tell me, honor will conquer you! Year 1984. In the UK, affected by Margaret Thatcher’s conservative policies. One of the main groups oppressed in this political atmosphere are homosexuals. However, there is another group under the same pressure; miners! At first glance, these two groups have no common ground, will they be able to help each other? Pride tells the real and colorful story of lesbian and gay activists joining forces with miners to overcome both political barriers and prejudices, making it a wonderful example of British cinema.
