Special Agent Nick (Daniel Wu) is tasked with delivering crime boss The Banker (Andy Lau) to justice. In recent years, he has infiltrated the underworld under a different name and become one of The Banker’s trusted associates. Believing he has gathered enough evidence against him, Nick is forced to continue his covert mission under orders from his superiors, as the agency is after The Banker’s real boss. As Nick becomes one of The Banker’s most trusted confidants, he struggles between the money and power he has gained and his true identity. Based on a true story, this film was nominated in 9 categories at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
