Gwai Wik – Re-cycle is a 2006 film about Ting-yin, a bestselling romance novelist in Southeast Asia who suddenly finds herself facing strange occurrences related to her latest novel. As she continues to write, she encounters a woman who bears a striking resemblance to her protagonist, and soon the events she writes about begin to unfold in real life.
