In a not-so-distant future, a company called The Union produces high-tech artificial organs to help people survive, but the prices are sky-high. When people can’t pay, Repo Men step in to repossess the organs at any cost. Remy, one of the best Repo Men, starts to see his job in a different light after a tragic incident.
