Robots 2005
Rodney is a young inventor with a dream to create inventions that will make life easier for robots, alongside his idol Big Weld. At the age of 18, he sets out to achieve his dream by going to the city of robots. However, he soon realizes that reaching his goal will be more challenging than he thought. In the city, he meets a group of misfit robots, including the lovable and rusty Fender and his little sister Piper. When Rodney discovers that the authoritarian ruler Ratchet is planning something sinister, he decides to protect both his idol and the future of robots. With the help of his friends, Rodney sets out to prove that no matter what they are made of, robots can continue to shine.
