Two powerful families with harsh traditions are locked in a relentless war in the dark underworld of Oakland. Black and Asian gangs are fighting for control. The Asian gang is led by Po Sing, while the other gang is led by the ruthless boss Isaac. News of Po’s death reaches his brother Han Sin, a former police officer who was imprisoned in Hong Kong for taking the blame for his father’s crimes. Han escapes from prison and travels to America to uncover the secrets behind his brother’s death and seek revenge on those responsible. A new brother emerges and becomes the target of the gang wars. In this merciless world of brutal rules, Han declares his own war. Things get complicated when Han falls in love with Isaac’s sister Trish.
