Quentin is one of those annoying idiots who constantly bothers everyone with his stupidity and pointless jokes. After a failed armed robbery, he is imprisoned. His cellmate is none other than Ruby, a big, tough, and cold-blooded man who is a master thief and doesn’t speak a word to anyone. Ruby had hidden the money he stole before being arrested from Vogel, a very dangerous thief who had killed his mistress Sandra. According to Quentin, an incredible friendship has developed between them even though Ruby doesn’t think so. Ruby has been planning to escape from prison by faking insanity and locking himself in a mental hospital, but somehow Quentin gets involved in the plan and despite his clumsiness, they manage to escape.
