Detective Lee, one of the successful members of the police department in Hong Kong, has recently saved a valuable treasure with great cultural significance from the hands of thieves, making him a national hero. He is soon assigned a secret and dangerous mission in America to find the kidnapped daughter of the Chinese consul, Han. In this crucial mission, Lee is accompanied by American police officer James Carter, leading to a series of unfortunate events and an entertaining adventure.
