Thirteen-year-old Sam Cleary discovers that his mysterious neighbor, Bay Smith, is actually a legendary figure. It was known that twenty years ago, Granite City’s super lawman Samaritan died after a fierce battle with his rival Nemesis over an amulet. But Sam learns that Bay Smith is one of them and that a legend is still alive. When the city descends into chaos, Sam will convince his neighbor Smith to come out of hiding.
