Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed is a 2004 fantasy comedy film directed by Raja Gosnell. The masked villain is after the Monster Machine, which can create unusual ghosts. With other suspicious characters in the mix, the gang must uncover the truth before it’s too late.
