Serpico 1973
In the 1970s, New York is on the brink of becoming a crime-filled city. Young rookie cop Frank Serpico stands out with his hippie appearance, living in the intellectual circles of town. His refusal to take bribes and his belief in doing good earns him enemies among both criminals and fellow officers. As he uncovers the corruption around him, he realizes the danger he’s in and the need to fight against the system to save his own life.
