Sergeant Ernest G. Bilko (Steve Martin) has turned military life into a casino, where soldiers have fun, eat, drink, and of course, gamble every day. Everyone in the army spends their days with Bilko, having a good time, and when Colonel John T. Hall (Dan Aykroyd) comes for inspections, everything seems fine.
