Shallow Grave 1994
Three young people with very different personalities from the “British X Generation”, journalist Alex, doctor Juliet, and accountant David, live in the same house. They are looking for a fourth roommate to reduce their rent by rejecting many applications. They choose Hugo, who attracts attention with his “cool” nature. One day, the young people find Hugo dead from a drug overdose with a suitcase containing a large amount of money, bury his body, and take the money. However, David, the only one who understands economics, warns his friends that someone will eventually come looking for such a large amount of money. David’s prediction comes true; the police and drug dealers are after the money at the same time.
