Silent Rage 1982
Dan Stevens, a small town sheriff in Texas, deals with a man who goes on a killing spree, murdering two people in a fit of rage. When the sheriff arrives at the scene, he manages to stop the killer and arrest him. However, the killer is shot and brought back to life by a group of doctors led by Dr. Philip Spiers using an experimental formula. This formula makes the killer invincible. While the other doctors want to study the killer, Dr. Tom Hulman is determined to stop him. Sheriff Dan Stevens must find a way to stop the killer before he causes more destruction.
