Growing up in Hell’s Kitchen in the 1960s, four boys named Shakes, Michael, John, and Tommy accidentally injure an elderly man while playing a prank. After spending about a year in the Wilkinson Center in New York, the four friends are harassed by the guards. Beaten, humiliated, and sexually abused, these four friends get the chance to seek revenge on the Wilkinson Center and its guards 13 years later.
