Computer expert Martin Bishop (Robert Redford) leads a team of hackers, including a former CIA agent (Sydney Poitier), a technology specialist (Dan Ayroyd), a young prodigy (River Phoenix), and a blind sound expert (David Strathairn), who are hired to test the security systems of companies. However, when a government official from Bishop’s past blackmails him, the team is forced to steal a mysterious black box. Upon obtaining the box, the team makes a shocking discovery: the device has the ability to bring down any security system in the world. Dark forces from around the globe are willing to do whatever it takes to get their hands on this box.
