High school senior Matt falls head over heels in love with Jill, a 120-pound student, when they meet. After graduation, Jill leaves the country to go to college, prompting Matt to quickly start losing weight. When he visits her, he is surprised to see her new body. As Matt struggles to accept Jill’s new appearance, Jill begins to question if she is truly the person he wants to be with.
