Sphere 1998
A team of scientists discovers a sunken ship in the depths of the Pacific Ocean, where they encounter a large sphere at a depth of 1000 feet. The US military classifies it as a UFO, and inside the sphere, the research team finds a computer keyboard with “America 2048” written on it. They begin to believe that the sphere has traveled through time and passed through a black hole. As they uncover the mysteries of this 300-year-old ship underwater, in a claustrophobic environment isolated from the world, the crew is confronted with their own paranoia.
