Straw Dogs 1971
Donald Webster (Riddaway), Ken Hutchison (Norman Scutt) David and his wife Amy decide to settle in Amy’s hometown to escape the unrest and escalating societal violence in the city. However, the violence they are fleeing unexpectedly finds them in this small English town. The group of four workers they hire to build a garage at their new home is led by Amy’s ex-boyfriend Charlie. The group soon becomes a problem for the young couple, with Charlie constantly teasing David and harassing Amy. Despite David’s attempts to remain calm and assert himself in the face of the events, he will not be able to prevent the horrific events that unfold.
