After experiencing abuse and trauma, 9-year-old Benni wants to return to her estranged mother. Social workers see her as a hopeless case and seek help from an anger management therapist to find her a permanent placement. Micha, who accompanies Benni at school, manages to see a glimmer of hope in her.
