Newly assigned rookie detective Michael Connelly in the Cleveland police department has more problems than just being a rookie. His father, also a cop, was dismissed from duty for getting involved in the drug trade and subsequently murdered. As a result, the chance to learn the truth died with his father. Unable to escape his father’s shadow, the young man wants to prove himself and will be handed a perfect opportunity to do so.
