The Barefoot Contessa 1954
Rich director Kirk Edwards (Warren Stevens) signs a contract with writer-director Harry Dawes (Humphrey Bogart). They go to Madrid to find a dancer who will become a movie star. They meet Maria Vargas (Ava Gardner) who dances in a nightclub. The two friends fall in love with this gypsy. Maria Vargas is torn between the two men who are in love with her.
