The Box 2009
Norma and Arthur Lewis, a suburban couple with a young child, find their lives turned upside down when a mysterious box is left on their doorstep. Along with the box is a note promising them a million dollars if they press the button on top, but doing so will result in the death of someone they don’t know. Faced with a moral dilemma, Norma and Arthur must make a difficult decision. Directed by Richard Kelly, known for films like “Donnie Darko” and “Southland Tales,” “The Box” explores the consequences of choices and the nature of human morality.
