Our film is about an illegal car race called Cannonball Run. Any kind of car can participate in the race. Since it is illegal, participants can be fined for speeding and held personally responsible for any accidents they cause. The most fascinating vehicle in the film is undoubtedly Jackie Chan’s futuristic Subaru, equivalent to modern technology. The film also marks one of Jackie Chan’s first appearances in American films.
