Retired CIA agent James Jackson Dial, living in seclusion on his large farm, is offered a job by his former employer Jeremy Collins to correct a mistake he made. Years ago, terrorist leader Ali Mahmud managed to escape as Dial was about to capture Jahar due to his mistake and carelessness. Collins claims that Jahar is currently being held in London, England and demands his elimination. Dial travels to England with all the necessary documents, a secret safe house, and an assistant named Terry Winchell. However, when Dial completes the job, things will get messy and it will become clear that many things are not as they seem.
