The Covenant 2006
The film, set in Massachusetts Ipswich colony in 1692, follows five families with secret powers who have sworn to keep their abilities hidden. However, one family succumbs to their ambitions and is shunned by the other four families. Their descendants, now four young students at Spencer Academy, continue to live intertwined with their inherited supernatural powers and strive to uphold the vow of secrecy. But when a student’s body is discovered after a party, the centuries-old oath of silence is threatened.
