The Crying Game 1992
British Army officer Jody is kidnapped by the IRA for political purposes. He is assigned a guard named Fergus, who soon forms a friendship with him. Jody, fearing for his life, asks Fergus to take care of his girlfriend if anything happens to him. During a security operation, Jody is killed by a military vehicle. Fergus goes into hiding and starts a new life in London, but he can’t forget about Jody. He eventually decides to fulfill his promise to Jody and find his girlfriend Dil.
