High school senior Brett Blackmore, with an average grade that’s nothing to brag about, realizes he unknowingly sold his childhood for a future he’s not sure he wants. When a senior prank goes wrong, his life falls apart before his eyes. In a moment of anger, he writes a list of things he’s always wanted to do but was too scared to try. The list goes viral and inspires teenagers everywhere. Meanwhile, Brett breaks free from his chains and starts planning his own future.
