The Qing dynasty rules over Manchuria and Emperor Yong Zheng has created a secret assassination team called The Guillotines to eliminate those who rebel against him. As he seeks to further consolidate his power by establishing a new regime, the Emperor decides to use The Guillotines to increase his oppression over the Han Chinese.
