Two years have passed since the incredible events in Bangkok and Phil, Doug, and Stu are now living peacefully at their homes without a care in the world. The old troubles are behind them, and troublemaker Leslie Chow is locked up in a prison in Thailand. While three of the friends are content with their lives, Alan is not satisfied with the boring and quiet life they lead. Alan decides to stop taking his medication and lets himself go with the flow of events. Not taking his medication means an unrestrained, irrational, and unfiltered life for Alan. As the friends reach a personal crisis, they finally seek help and the biggest responsibility now falls on the shoulders of the three friends.
