Carl Black (Mike Epps) takes his family back to the neighborhood where he grew up after surviving the terrifying events of the first film. When Carl realizes that a man named Dr. Mamuwalde (Katt Williams) in the neighborhood is most likely a vampire, he must fight against something much more terrifying than his unfriendly neighbors.
