The Lazarus Effect 2015
American young director David Gelb, who is gaining fame among American young directors, takes the director’s chair for the film Lazarus, which started filming in 2014 and premiered on February 20, 2015. The story written by Luke Dawson and Jeremy Slater is brought to life on screen with the presence of young actor Evan Peters, known for his role in X-Men Days of Future Past. A group of scientists are working on a project in a private laboratory to revive lifeless bodies. However, when the secret project conducted by the team reaches the ears of the university dean, all their work is disrupted. The dean puts an end to the project and confiscates all documents and records related to the project without question. The team is not pleased with the efforts going to waste and has no intention of giving up. They start working on reapplying the experiments they were working on, and things take a turn for the worse when Zoe dies. Zoe’s death shocks everyone in the team, and at Frank’s insistence, they decide to experiment on a real human. The team decides to experiment on Zoe and successfully bring the young woman back to life, but she is no longer the same Zoe!
