The Mask 1994
Stanley Ipkiss is a bank clerk with a routine and monotonous life. He is constantly belittled and has no respect from anyone. One day, he decides to have some fun and goes to a disco, but ends up being kicked out by the bouncers. Frustrated with his miserable life, he contemplates suicide on a bridge, but sees something shining in the water. He jumps in to save what he thinks is a person, but it turns out to be a magical mask. Whenever Stanley wears the mask, he transforms into a mischievous and trouble-making persona. Played by Jim Carrey, the film follows Stanley’s hilarious misadventures as he navigates the chaos caused by the mask. Get ready to laugh uncontrollably as you watch “The Mask.”
