The Mission 1986
Peder Gabriel went to the mountains of Brazil to spread Christianity. With the arrival of Christianity, the golden age of the inhabitants of these mountains began. Mendoza, a slave trader, killed his brother and stopped committing suicide with the help of Father Gabriel. Father Gabriel brought Mendoza with him to assist in his mission. The peaceful Mendoza, who was transformed into a priest, could not resist against the Portuguese. The oppressed church could not resist the return of the slave traders to the country. Mendoza does not keep his promise and shows the natives how to defend themselves, but Father Gabriel asks Mendoza to help the natives as a priest.
