Anna saves her son Anders from an abusive father and moves to a secret location to hide from her ex-husband. She is terrified that he will find them. To ensure her son’s safety, she decides to get a baby monitor that can be placed next to the bed before going to sleep. However, strange sounds and screams start coming from the radio. Anna believes that the possible sounds coming from another apartment could be the result of a child being killed. Meanwhile, Anders finds a new, mysterious and strange friend at his new school. Does this new friend know something about the murder? Why are there traces of blood in Anders’ drawings? Are the sounds they hear from this world?
