The Muppets Take Manhattan 1984
The Muppets Take Manhattan is the third film in the live-action musical film series and the last film in which Jim Henson played a role in The Muppets. Directed by Frank Oz, the film was released in 1984. The movie introduces the Muppet Babies, the child versions of the Muppet characters in a fantastical setting. A college graduate decides to take his final project on the road. They hit the streets of Manhattan, trying to sell themselves and their producers. They find themselves young and idealistic enough to be part of the show. After various mishaps and confusion, everything starts to come together for them.
