Police helicopters draw a circle around the 20th floor of the Chicago Police Building, hosting the Ministry of the Interior. SWAT aims at ATC chief Danny Roman and his men, standing on the firing line. Roman is a hostage rescue expert. His life turned upside down with unfounded accusations of murder and embezzlement. The only way to prove his innocence is to allow himself to be heard in the best way he knows. So, Danny takes someone hostage. In this case, he knows that the whole world will listen to him. because he is also his savior. Danny needs someone to listen to him. He asks respected hostage negotiator and police friend Chris Sabian to mediate. Thus, Sabian begins preparations to change this situation, which could spiral out of control at any moment.
