The Perfect Storm 2000
Captain Billy Tyne and his team of 6 set out on a long and arduous swordfish hunting expedition. Unsatisfied with the results, Captain Tyne decides to try his luck in the East once more. Despite initial reluctance, the tired crew gives in to the desire to make money and the Andrea Gale sets sail eastward. What was once a carefree journey takes a turn when the weather suddenly changes. Cut off from radio communication, the boat tries to turn back without realizing the power of the approaching storm. Captain Tyne and his crew find themselves in the eye of one of the most powerful storms in history, bringing waves as high as 30-35 meters.
