The Sisters Brothers is a 2018 film adapted from Patrick DeWitt’s book of the same name, which was released in 2012 and achieved good sales figures. The story takes place in Oregon in 1851 and revolves around two closely bonded brothers who work as hitmen. They are given a new job to kill a gold prospector named Herman Kermit, who has stolen his boss’s gold. However, killing Herman Kermit proves to be more challenging than the brothers anticipated.
