The Murder in Angel Lane
Jack Whicher, who has been unable to solve the previous murder case and is looking to retire, meets Susan Spencer in a seedy tavern in London. Susan is searching for her niece Mary, who is found dead with her baby missing. Jack decides to investigate the murder and help Susan find the missing baby.
