International Security Agent John Man is on a dangerous mission to accompany a forensic scientist (Kenner Usame Muhammed) to another country. Along the way, a member of his team (Sean) turns out to be a traitor. The scientist Sean, who is trying to spread a virus worldwide, shoots John in the head during the kidnapping. When John wakes up in the hospital, the doctor tells him that they couldn’t remove the bullet and it will cause paralysis within 2 weeks. His mother confesses that he has a brother and wants to see them, so she sends John to Beijing to find his brother Yung, who is a Malaysian actor. On the plane, John meets Dr. Blood and a bond develops between them to help John recover. However, when they arrive, Yung tries to kidnap the doctor and when John intervenes, he is also taken hostage. They soon realize that they are brothers. Determined to stop a ruthless terrorist group trying to spread the virus worldwide, these two brothers unite to thwart their plans.
