Beautiful but troubled young woman Kristen (Amber Heard) finds herself covered in bruises and cuts all over her body. In a state of poisoning, Kristen is taken to a psychiatric hospital. Completely insane, the young woman is brought to the hospital without knowing why. She doesn’t remember anything about her past. The only thing she is sure of is that she is not safe here. Sharing a room with four women who are as disturbed as she is, Kristen soon realizes that everything is not as it seems. There is a mystery in the air. At night, when the hospital is dark and gloomy, Kristen hears strange and terrifying noises. These noises are a sign that they are not alone. As her friends start to disappear one by one, Kristen must find a way out of this hellish ordeal. Otherwise, she will be the next victim. As she tries to escape, a terrifying and dangerous truth suddenly emerges…
