Geiranger, a tourist town at the foot of the mountains in Norway, wakes up to a peaceful day as usual. Kristian, a family man working as a geologist, and his family are about to move from the town soon. On his last day here, Kristian realizes a great danger coming from the mountains and tries to warn the town about the impending danger, but he can’t convince his colleagues. The town residents are about to face very challenging moments…
