Oil tycoon Robert King is murdered by an international terrorist. The crazed terrorist, accompanied by nuclear weapons expert Christmas Jones, sets out to take over the world. Tasked with protecting the beautiful daughter of the slain oil tycoon, Elektra, James Bond travels to the Caspian Sea and Istanbul to stop the mad terrorist. Bond, working alongside his longtime enemy Christmas Jones, finds himself in a relentless battle aboard a nuclear submarine cruising the depths of the Bosphorus waters.
