Tightrope 1984
High-wire artist Detective Wes Block (Clint Eastwood) tracks down a serial killer who is targeting beautiful young women. When Block realizes that the killer’s victims are women he knows and who are still alive, the case becomes personal as the lives of these women are now in danger.
