Strange things are happening in New York. Quickly jumping shadows, strange star maps appearing, and creatures attacking the city have everyone scared. Did wealthy industrialist Max Winters have a hand in these matters? The NINJA TURTLES, who went their separate ways after killing their enemy Shredder in their last adventure, are trying to make a living on their own. Leonardo went on a world tour at the request of his master Splinter, but did not return and locked himself away in an unknown place. As night falls, Raphael becomes a lone vigilante chasing down petty criminals. Michelangelo starts entertaining children at parties, and Donatello starts working on a tech support hotline. Meanwhile, Master Shredder realizes that strange events are unfolding in New York. Wealthy businessman Max Winters, owner of a technology company, is intent on resurrecting an ancient army and taking over the world. What’s more, with the help of Karai and the Foot Clan, he is following the trail of his lost master Shredder. The NINJA TURTLES reunite and seek help from their old friends April and Casey Jones to take down the bad guys in one fell swoop.
