Josh Kovacs (Ben Stiller) is living in New York and managing one of the city’s safest and most luxurious residences. For over 10 years, he has been carrying out this task with precision. However, at the top floor of this building lives a big shot speculator, stockbroker Arthur Shaw (Alan Alda). Shaw, who stole 2 billion dollars from his investors, is now under house arrest in this super-luxurious tower, and the biggest victims of Arthur are the tower workers who lost their money because of him! Josh and his team devise a plan to get the money back and take revenge on Arthur. They aim to hire Slide (Eddie Murphy), a big-time con artist, and steal a “thing” they are sure Arthur is hiding in his apartment. The thieves may be amateurs, but they know the building they have been defending for years better than anyone else… Directed by Brett Ratner, known for Red Dragon, X-Men: The Last Stand, and Rush Hour TV series, the film stars Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy in the lead roles, with a comedy-adventure screenplay by Ted Griffin and Jeff Nathanson.
