Three days later, Scott Turner moves from a small town to a big city but as soon as he leaves, his friend Amos Reid is killed. Amos has a very strong and crazy dog named Hooch who witnessed his murder. When the dog catcher team fails to capture Hooch, Turner reluctantly takes care of him. Turner, who is obsessed with plumbing, and the crazy antics of Hooch start living together. Hooch’s antics drive Turner crazy. Turner and Hooch work together to solve the murder, trying to understand each other. A beautiful film, sometimes funny, sometimes sad.
