La gallina Turuleca tells the story of a chicken named Turu who is trying to find her place in the world. Turu is mocked by the rest of the coop because of her strange appearance. Her featherless legs and body make her an outcast, but with the help of Isabel, a former music teacher, Turu’s life takes a new turn when she discovers her hidden talent upon visiting Isabel’s farm. Turu can talk, sing, and dance, and with these abilities, she begins to overcome her fears. However, Isabel doesn’t want Turu’s talents to be exploited by others. When Isabel has an accident and is taken to a hospital in the city, Turu decides to follow her friend and finds herself in a great adventure.
